Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information SEOmash ("we", "us") collects when you use seomash.xyz and our SEO tools (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and an encrypted password, plus any profile details you choose to add.

Project data. The content you create in the Service — projects, websites you add, keywords, competitor domains, articles, calendar items, ranking records, and reports — is stored so the tools can work for you. This data belongs to you; we do not sell it or use it to train public models.

Usage and device information. We collect basic technical data needed to operate and secure the Service, such as pages visited, feature usage counts (for plan limits), browser type, and IP address in server logs.

Payment information. If you buy a paid plan, payment is processed by our payment provider. We receive limited billing details (such as plan, status, and the last digits of a card); we never store full card numbers on our servers.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service and its tools.
  • To authenticate you, enforce plan limits, and keep accounts secure.
  • To send essential service emails (verification, password resets, billing notices).
  • To respond to support requests and communicate important changes.
  • To detect, prevent, and investigate abuse or technical problems.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use advertising cookies on behalf of third-party ad networks. If we introduce optional analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first. You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies will prevent sign-in from working.

4. Third-party processors

We rely on a small number of processors to run the Service: Supabase (database, authentication, and storage) and our hosting provider (application hosting and content delivery). When a tool feature requires an external data source that you choose to connect, the data needed for that request is shared with that provider under its own privacy terms. Some tools fetch publicly available web pages at your direction; those requests go to the sites you specify.

5. Data retention

Account and project data is kept while your account is active. When you delete a project, its associated data is removed from our active systems. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, billing, or security reasons.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can export or delete much of your data directly in the Service; for anything else, contact us at support@seomash.xyz and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls, and database row-level security — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage a strong, unique password for your account.

8. Children

The Service is intended for users aged 16 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date, and, for significant changes, by email to account holders.
