Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SEOmash at seomash.xyz (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

SEOmash provides online SEO tools, including keyword research, competitor analysis, content generation and optimization, rank monitoring, audits, and reporting. Features vary by plan. We may add, change, or remove features, and we will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. One person or organization may not maintain multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limits.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts.
• Do not use automated means to scrape or extract the Service itself beyond normal API or export features.
• You are responsible for ensuring that content you generate, publish, or analyze with the Service complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider, according to the prices shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. We may change prices with notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content and data you create or upload in the Service (projects, keywords, articles, and reports). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you. AI-generated drafts are provided as starting points: you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying anything you publish.

6. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by SEOmash and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or code except the right to use the Service as provided.

7. No guarantee of SEO results

Search rankings and traffic depend on many factors outside our control, including search-engine algorithms, competition, and your own content and site. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic level, or business outcome. Metrics shown in the Service may be estimates or based on partial data and are provided for guidance only.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or USD 50 if you used only the free plan).

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and contact
