Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to SEOmash at seomash.xyz (the "Service"). It should be read with our Terms of Service. Where the two differ, the Terms of Service govern.

1. Subscriptions

Paid plans — Starter ($29/month), Pro ($79/month), and Agency ($199/month) — are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider, at the prices shown at checkout.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals: no further charges are made, and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Payments already made for a subscription period are non-refundable, except where required by law.

2. One-time purchases

One-time tools — PromptStarter ($9), ProposalCraft ($12), and EtsyDesc ($15) — are delivered on purchase. Payments for one-time purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.

3. If something went wrong

If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or paid for a service that was not delivered, contact us at support@seomash.xyz with your account email and the order details. We will review the case and, where a refund is approved, it will be issued through our payment provider to the original payment method.

4. How to cancel

Cancel from your account billing page before your next renewal date to stop the next charge. If you cannot access your account, contact support@seomash.xyz and we will help.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
